Supervising Youth Training Day 1

A core value of our work at the BEST Initiative is Positive Youth Development. We believe in the voices and power of young people, and train youth workers to support their youth in all areas of their growth. With that in mind, we are offering a  virtual Supervising Youth training, This 2-day, six-hour training will focus on supervision and program management in youth work.  It addresses the roles and responsibilities of supervisors, communication, work relationships, program management and the specific supervision of youth workers within a youth development framework.
