A Training for Supervisors, Managers and Directors
This 4hr interactive training will support supervisors and managers to build and enhance the integration of youth development core principles into policy and programs. Building on the two core components of the youth development approach, positive youth outcomes and meaningful youth participation, participants will explore strategies to better build these into their programs. Participants will have an opportunity to explore strategies, practices and activities that support youth to build outcomes and be involved in decision-making. Specific attention will be focused on supervision strategies for staff as well.
