This 6-hour training focuses on youth workers’ role in deescalating behavioral situations with youth using an asset-based approached. This training will help participants practice probing techniques to understand the underlying issues motivating youth’s behavior. Participants will explore individual practices and appropriate behavior management strategies that help promote positive behavior.
