Facilitation and Group Management Training

A core value of our work at the BEST Initiative is Positive Youth Development. We believe in the voices and power of young people, and train youth workers to support their youth in all areas of their growth. With that in mind, we are offering a in-person Facilitation and Group Management training, This 4-hour training will provide participants with the critical elements for a successful training and workshop, and will offer tools and skills for positive behavior management. By centering strong  management skills in this conversation, participants will improve techniques for addressing challenging situations and review the elements of and create an engaging workshop agenda.
