This Lunch and Learn will provide an opportunity for participants to explore best practices and identify strategies to barriers for recruiting and retaining youth in your OST programs. Come to this Lunch and Learn to engage with other youth workers in discussions on the different roles we can take in recruitment and retention, share what has worked (and what hasn’t), and brainstorm ways to increase the level of youth participation and power in programming.
