This in-person training will provide participants with the critical elements for a successful training and workshop, will offer tools and skills for positive behavior management, and will provide guidance on crafting an engaging workshop agenda.
Training Objectives:
Participants will be able to:
• Identify appropriate strategies to promote positive behavior
• Articulate strategies for creating a positive learning environment
• Improve techniques for addressing difficult workshop situations/participants
• Review the elements of and create an engaging workshop agenda
