DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, November 17th and Wednesday\, November 18th\, 2020 \n9:30 AM – 12:30 PM EST each day \nOnline Training \nTraining Fee: $150* \n*We do not offer scholarships for our trainings\, but do offer discounts on a case-by-case basis.  If this fee presents a challenge\, please email us at best@hria.org. \nPlease Note: We are capping this training at 35 people on a first come\, first served basis.  We ask that each organization send NO MORE THAN THREE staff members to this training.  Thank you for your understanding.\nA core value of our work at the BEST Initiative is Positive Youth Development.  We believe in the voices and power of young people\, and train youth workers to support their youth in all areas of their growth.  With that in mind\, we are offering two sessions of Youth Development 101\, a two-day\, six-hour exploration of youth development principles and practices.  Participants will learn an appropriate common language for discussing youth development\, and will explore information about positive youth outcomes\, developmental outcomes and resiliency. \nThe BEST Initiative intends to offer more Youth Development 101 sessions in the Winter and Spring and will post the latest updates on our website. \nFor a PDF version of the flyer\, please click here.\nREGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
