Please Note: We are capping this training at 35 people on a first come, first served basis.  We ask that each organization send NO MORE THAN THREE staff members to this training.  Thank you for your understanding.

Part of running a safe and effective youth program is working with young people to set boundaries and expectations for their experience in the program.  This training will explore how you can set yourself (and your youth) up for success in your work by working with your youth to build a more peaceable program.  The trainers will explore boundary setting, behavior management, and conflict resolution strategies in this interactive training, illustrating these concepts through case studies, scenarios/role plays, and small group discussion.  Participants will leave this training more prepared to address any behavioral issues that may arise in their programs by developing solutions through a Positive Youth Development framework.
